I'm not sure how someone could give this a less-than-5-star review and call themselves a human with emotions. This calendar not only tackles the age-old task of telling you what day of the year it is, but also incorporates a unique overlay of goats in mother f@%3ing trees. I found myself asking "How does one capture 13 (12-months, plus a bonus 2019 page) photos of goats inside of trees?" I'm not sure, but they deserve the Nobel Peace Prize.
It's exactly what it says it is. In these dark times, let's take solace where we can and enjoy the little things, like 12 full-color photographs of goats in trees.
Used this all of 2018. Every month, I experienced a euphoric thrill as I flipped the page to see the new goat(s) of the month. I spent about an hour looking online for a weird calendar to put up at work. This calendar was everything I ever hoped for and I'm absolutely devastated that 2018 is over because I had to retire this beautiful work of art. I haven't recycled this calendar yet because, well, I just can't bring myself to do it. :(
Obviously goats in trees is perfection. Other calendar themes just can't compete. It is one of those calendars that are long/more rectangular than the standard ones. By standard ones I mean the free calendars you get in the mail along with address labels from like Alley Cat Allies. PS really sad they didn't send me a calendar for 2018... I can justify paying for this one though.
This calendar features an amazing variety of photos in goats in trees. It's mainly in English, but also includes the months and days in Spanish and French. It includes all major holidays I would expect it to, and some I wouldn't. Plenty of space for me to write in each day's box. I took off one star because the color easily transfers to the other months' pages when you write on it with a sharp point and pressure. But I use a marker and this eliminates that problem. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.
Nicely done calendar if you like goats. A lot of holidays are listed from around the world which I enjoyed. Would be nice to have a blurb for each photo explaining where it was taken. Or maybe why is more important, I guess goats like trees?
Love it. Weird. Cute. Some of the photos seem to be taken in the same tree with some of the same goats with just a different setup of what goats are where. Honestly, who cares if it's the same tree if all the photos are quite different in layout?
What a weird phenomenon! It will take a prominent position at our house, and we've got severalcalendars.
