Haven't used it yet. Bigger than I anticipeted. I'll update later because I don't know about the content right now. I'm still a student an havent started my class. I'm glad I bought it because it seems pretty handy and it also has an index. I used the penlight as a comparison for size. I also uploaded a few pictures because it will help you judge better for yourself. It would have helped me
This is a great tool to have. I'm using it to study for nclex. I'm using it on my current job, and I'll use it on my new job. Great breakdown of important assessments. Highly recommend!
Very comprehensive. I like the organizations and breakdowns and detail. It's a little too big to fit in your pocket however. You might be able to keep it on your cart or in a large, storage-style clipboard. But as for me, I don't carry it with me on the unit. Makes a better reference for when I get home and want to clarify something I ran into during the day.
The notes are bigger than expected, it doesn’t fit into uniform pocket.It’s handy to read while commuting, information is packed.It’s a good quick reference during case study but not convenient in clinical condition.
It gives me quick reviews for nursing interventions. I just don't like that they sent me the already opened one with the price that I paid. I should have got a new one.
